Enemy losses as of August 3, 2024 - General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.


The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine updated the losses of Russian occupiers as of the morning of Saturday, August 3, 2024.
Russia's losses in the war as of August 3, 2024
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as of August 3, 2024, Russia has lost:
- about 581760 (+1170) personnel,
- 8406 (+4) tanks,
- 16238 (+27) armored combat vehicles,
- 16217 (+56) artillery systems,
- 1135 (+1) multiple rocket launchers,
- 908 (+1) air defense systems,
- 363 (+0) aircraft,
- 326 (+0) helicopters,
- 13057 (+52) operational-tactical level UAVs,
- 2410 (+3) cruise missiles,
- 28 (+0) ships/boats,
- 1 (+0) submarine,
- 21926 (+54) vehicles and fuel tanks,
- 2723 (+4) special equipment units.
Occupants' naval activity as of August 3:
- In the Black Sea, one enemy ship carrying "Kalibr" cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to four missiles;
- No enemy ships in the Sea of Azov.
- In the Mediterranean Sea, two enemy ships, one of which is carrying "Kalibr" cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 16 missiles.
During the day, in the interests of Russia, the passage through the Kerch Strait completed:
- to the Black Sea - seven ships, three of which continued towards the Bosphorus Strait;
- to the Sea of Azov - 10 ships, three of which moved from the Bosphorus Strait.
Enemy aviation systems losses
On the night of August 3, 2024, the enemy struck with two S-300 guided anti-aircraft missiles from the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region, two Kh-31P anti-radar missiles from airspace over the Black Sea, and also 29 Shahed strike UAVs from the directions of Cape Chauda (TOT Crimea), Primorsko-Akhtarsk, and Kursk (Russia).
In the battle against enemy air attacks participated mobile fire units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, anti-aircraft missile troops, and electronic warfare units of the Air Forces. A total of 24 Shahed-131/136 strike UAVs were shot down within Kherson, Odesa, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Vinnytsia, and Zhytomyr regions.
Currently, the 892nd day of the full-scale war in Ukraine is underway.
