This salad is prepared very quickly, with simple ingredients, and the taste is a true classic. Tender beef, spicy cucumbers, fried omelet, and sautéed onions create an appetizing combination that you want to make over and over again. You will need:
- boiled beef - 200 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Cooking method
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour into a frying pan and fry the omelet over medium heat on both sides until golden. Cool and cut into thin strips.
Peel the onion, chop it, and sauté in a frying pan until soft and golden. It should become sweet, but not burnt.
Cut the pickled cucumbers into strips. Cut the beef into thin strips as well. In a bowl, combine the meat, cucumbers, onions, and egg strips. Dress with a spoonful of mayonnaise, add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Serve the salad immediately or let it steep for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator - this way the taste will be even richer.
