The oil transshipment point 'Kavkazska' has been burning for the third day: a massive fire has engulfed the entire base.

A drone attacked the oil supply base 'Kavkazska' in Russia, igniting a fire
The oil supply base 'Kavkazska', located in the Krasnodar region of Russia, was attacked on March 19, after which it caught fire. An explosion caused a massive fire that is still ongoing. During the firefighting efforts, a secondary explosion occurred, complicating the work of rescuers. Two firefighters were injured and suffered from poisoning, and they were hospitalized. Three pieces of equipment were also damaged.
This oil supply base 'Kavkazska' plays an important role for Russia in transporting oil for export. It supplies oil to companies such as 'Surguutneftegas', 'Gazprom Neft', 'Yuganskneftegaz', TNK, 'Rosneft', and 'LUKOIL'. Currently, the fire cannot be controlled, and it may lead to the complete destruction of the base, which will have serious consequences for the ecology and economy.
