In the gas supply company Naftogaz of Ukraine, it was reported that they have sufficient gas reserves for the winter. However, former head of the Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine, Serhiy Makohon, noted that emergency gas import supplies may be needed due to increased consumption in cold weather. Naftogaz claims they are monitoring the situation and have enough reserves for a stable heating season.
All Naftogaz enterprises are operating at full capacity and providing extraction, storage, and supply of gas to all consumers. The company's head, Roman Chumak, emphasized that ensuring comfort and warmth in the homes of Ukrainians is Naftogaz's main priority, and they are ready for any challenges, including fuel imports.
