Forecasters predict the weather in Ukraine for Thursday, July 10. Thunderstorms and heavy rains are expected in some regions, reports the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.

What the weather will be like in Ukraine on July 10

In the western, Zhytomyr, and Vinnytsia regions, it will be cloudy. In Transcarpathia and Prykarpattia, heavy rains and thunderstorms are expected. The temperature at night will range from +12 to +17 °C. During the day, the air temperature will rise to +15...+20 °C, while in Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia regions it will reach +21...+26 °C. Most of the territory will be dry, but brief rain and thunderstorms are expected in Kyiv region, and during the day also in Cherkasy and Odesa regions. Strong heat is felt in the eastern, southeastern, Sumy, and Poltava regions, where the temperature can reach +35...+38 °C.

The wind will blow at a speed of 7-12 m/s from the southeast and south, in the western regions — from the northwest.

Warning about dangerous and extreme meteorological phenomena

In Volyn, Rivne, Khmelnytskyi, Zhytomyr, and Vinnytsia regions, significant rains and thunderstorms are expected. In Zakarpattia, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, and Ternopil regions, heavy rain is forecasted.

On July 10, some regions of Ukraine will experience a drop in temperature to +12 °C, while others will be hot.
