The woman kissed by Putin received a high award.

Orders of 'Courage' were awarded to Artem and Anna Dulcevs, Russian spies who returned to Russia on August 1. According to the magazine 'Recon', these awards were presented to the couple by President Vladimir Putin. The awards ceremony took place at the headquarters of the Foreign Intelligence Service, where the medals were personally delivered to the Dulcevs by Sergey Naryshkin.
The Dulcevs were arrested and sentenced for espionage in Slovenia. They worked for the benefit of the Russian Federation, posing as citizens of Argentina. They transmitted orders and cash to other agents for the Foreign Intelligence Service.
President Putin met with the Dulcevs and other Russian spies and hackers who returned to Russia at Vnukovo Airport. A ceremonial welcome with a red carpet and honor guard was organized for them.
