Military personnel are denied payments to the monobank card: Gorokhovsky explained what to do.

Ukrainian military personnel can receive their monetary allowance on monobank cards.
This information was provided by Oleg Gorokhovsky, co-founder of monobank.
According to Gorokhovsky, some military units refuse to pay the monetary allowance to monobank.
'Recently, defenders have been complaining to us in support that the troops refuse to pay their allowance to Mono,' Gorokhovsky noted.
However, Gorokhovsky reminded that such an option exists and is quite simple to arrange. To do this, one needs to contact the financial department and provide them with the card details. Sometimes it is also necessary to fill out a report. Gorokhovsky provided a link to a sample.
'This means that you no longer have to transfer funds from your salary card,' he emphasized.
How to appeal the payment to monobank?
According to Gorokhovsky, if military personnel refuse to pay the monetary allowance to monobank, they can appeal this in the following ways:
- The argument 'All payments can only be received on the cards of state banks' is false, as there is no such restriction in the law.
- The argument 'Our military unit does not have a contract with monobank' - they can pay salaries on monobank cards if they have an account in any bank.
'If you were unable to appeal the decision, write to us in support, providing the phone number of your financial department and the military unit number. We will contact them ourselves (we guarantee your anonymity and effectiveness),' Gorokhovsky added.
Previously, Monobank announced the launch of a single card for all state payments.
