For this purpose, the business owner rented former cow shed premises, a stable, and a warehouse in the village of Berezyna, Zhytomyr region for production. His associate, a 31-year-old resident of Kyiv, provided necessary communications, migration of premises, supply of chemical components, and production and storage of explosives.

It should be noted that the finished products were stored in unauthorized premises without the necessary permits and certificates in close proximity to residential buildings.
