Berkut bursts into Zelensky
The Supreme Court refused to issue a ban on the enforcement of lower court decisions in the case that sparked disputes over the US government's authority to deport Venezuelan citizens using the 1798 military law.
In a decision made on Wednesday by a 2-1 vote, a three-member panel of judges upheld the plaintiff's position in the case, further blocking the Trump administration's ability to continue deportations.
