Russian troops struck again while the State Emergency Service employees continued their work. The emergency workers managed to move to a safe shelter at the moment of the attack.

A medical facility was hit, resulting in four people injured. The roof of the three-story building caught fire from the shelling. According to representatives of the State Emergency Service, despite the difficult situation and the heavy fire load, the rescuers managed to quickly extinguish all fire sources.
