Tragedy in Lviv: when and where the funeral of the family killed by Russia will take place.


Tomorrow, September 6, at 14:00, the funeral of the Bazilevich family - Yaryna, Dariya, Emilia, and their mother Yevheniya - will take place. The funeral service will be held at the Garrison Church of Saints Peter and Paul in Lviv. The burial will be at the Lychakiv Cemetery. This was reported by the youth organization "Tvoru", which worked with Yaryna Bazilevich.
After the funeral, there will be a city farewell ceremony at Rynok Square.
Yaryna's colleagues urged everyone who knew her and her family to bring fresh flowers and come for the farewell.
It should be reminded that as a result of the Russian attack on Lviv on September 4, 7 people died, and another 66 were injured, 10 of whom were children. The deceased were Emilia Bazilevich (7 years old), Dariya Bazilevich (18 years old), Yaryna Bazilevich (21 years old), Yevheniya Bazilevich (43 years old), Iryna Demydova (52 years old), Oleksandr Pohoretskyi (54 years old), and Yuriy Arabskyi (55 years old).
The Russian attack on Lviv caused a tragedy in the family of Yaroslav Bazilevich, who was left alone without his wife and three daughters.
Yaryna Bazilevich worked as a program manager in the office of "Lviv - European Youth Capital 2025".
It is also known that Yevheniya Bazilevich and her three daughters were scouts.
As a result of the attack on Lviv, three schools and a creativity center were damaged.
Also, as a result of the enemy attack on Lviv, the regional center for sports medicine and rehabilitation was damaged. Its historic building was damaged, more than 70 windows were broken, and ceilings collapsed in six rooms.
In addition, the Church of St. George the Victorious of the PCU on Chernivetska Street in Lviv was also damaged.
