US Courts Stand Against Trump's 'Royal' Ambitions.

The executive power of President Trump is facing judicial resistance once again, despite the lack of limitations in his second term. Many judges express negative sentiments towards his 'royal' image, which has become the basis for memes on social media.
'A president who aspires to be a 'king' or 'dictator' misunderstands his role according to the U.S. Constitution,' wrote U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell in one of her rulings.
After his first term, Trump expanded his power by appealing to the Supreme Court regarding presidential immunity. However, many lawsuits challenge his expansive interpretation of presidential powers.
The latest challenge involves mass firings of federal employees who are on probation. Democratic state attorneys general have sued the White House, deeming these firings unlawful and harmful to essential federal initiatives.
Moreover, lawsuits have already been filed against the Trump administration for using the Federal Election Commission as a political weapon and for firing the chair of the Labor Relations Board.
These lawsuits pose a threat to the 'unitary executive theory,' which grants the president complete control over the executive branch.
While previously the president could make decisions without resistance, he now faces the judicial system. Even judges appointed by Trump himself are opposing him. For instance, Judge Amy Coney Barrett dismissed the administration's lawsuit concerning foreign aid and faced attacks from Trump's allies.
Republicans are also attempting to impeach federal judges due to their rulings that contradict the president. The Federal Judges Association emphasizes that any breach of judicial independence threatens the Constitution and democratic rule of law.
