Subsidies in a New Way: PFU Updated List of Aid Recipients.

The Pension Fund of Ukraine provided explanations regarding the receipt of housing subsidies. According to information released on October 9, 2024, individuals who cannot pay for housing and communal services from their income are entitled to the subsidy.
Individuals residing in Ukraine, including citizens of Ukraine, foreigners, and stateless persons, can apply for a subsidy if they legally reside in housing premises.
According to the Pension Fund of Ukraine, any individual registered in the housing premises can apply for a subsidy, and if bills are divided, each person in whose name an account is opened can apply. Individuals who actually reside in the premises under a lease agreement or court decision also have the right to apply for a subsidy, even if they are not registered.
The category of internally displaced persons (IDPs) can receive a subsidy without signing a lease agreement if they have the appropriate certificate.
Individual developers whose houses are not yet accepted for operation but are already receiving bills for utilities can also receive a subsidy by presenting documents confirming their residence at the actual address.
The Fund reminds that the issue of providing housing subsidies is regulated by the Regulation approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 848 from October 21, 1995.
