Fines, Restrictions, and Confiscation: How Drivers in Ukraine Will Be Punished for Ignoring Military Registration.

The Ukrainian authorities have adopted new rules that allow for the deprivation of driving rights for drivers who do not comply with military registration and mobilization requirements. If the offender continues to drive after a court decision, they will have to pay a fine of up to 40,000 hryvnias.
This restriction applies to individuals who have not appeared at the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCRSS) or have not updated their data.
If a driver fails to comply with TCRSS requirements, they will be taken to the center. And if this does not yield results, they will be sent to court.
National Police
The Ministries of Internal Affairs and Justice have established sanctions that will be applied. If an offender does not comply with TCRSS and Social Support requirements after a court decision, they face sanctions that will last until all conditions are met. Also, if a driver continues to use their vehicle, they face a fine of 20,400 hryvnias and a suspension of their driving rights for 3-6 months.
In case of repeated violations of the rules, the fine amount increases to 40,800 hryvnias, and the driver may be deprived of their right to drive for 5-7 years. In some cases, confiscation of the vehicle is possible.
It is also worth mentioning the fines from TCRSS; experts talk about new powers of the tax service regarding property seizure.
