Syrskyi spoke at the extraordinary meeting of the Ukraine-NATO Council.
Meeting of Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi with NATO representatives
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, participated in the extraordinary meeting of the Ukraine-NATO Council in a military format. During the meeting, he spoke about the current state and future prospects of the Ukrainian military-strategic situation for 2025, as well as possible enemy plans and measures to prevent them.
One of the main aspects of the conversation was enhancing the strike capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on all fronts - on land, in the air, at sea, in information and cyber space.
Syrskyi expressed gratitude to NATO for the support and cooperation in developing Ukraine's military potential. He emphasized that joint efforts can lead to concrete results on the battlefield. The Commander also congratulated the new head of NATO’s Military Committee, Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone, and thanked his predecessor, Admiral Rob Bauer.
Earlier, Syrskyi held meetings with the command of unmanned systems and electronic warfare, and reported on the situation at the front and the Kursk operation. He also identified priorities for 2025 during a meeting with NATO representatives.
