Pension at 45: The PFC named two key conditions for military personnel.

- the police;
- the militia;
- court security;

- the anti-corruption bureau;
- the special communications and information protection service;
- economic security;
- tax police;
- penitentiary service;
- civil protection.
In addition to the pension for years of service, military personnel may also receive disability pensions or in the event of the loss of a breadwinner, if there are dependents. The amount of pensions depends on salary during service, health status, and other factors.
To receive a pension, military personnel must submit an application through the appropriate divisions of the Pension Fund. It is important to note that the government has introduced a unified register, which will simplify the procedure for obtaining pensions for all military personnel in Ukraine.
