Ukrainian citizens receive a second bill for natural gas every month, which includes gas distribution services. This service covers the transportation of gas to homes, maintenance of pipelines, consumption measurement, and communication with customers.

What is included in the natural gas distribution service

Natural gas is distributed to homes via pipelines, and for this, residents need to pay for the costs incurred in the previous year. The service includes pressure maintenance in the pipelines, repair and maintenance of the networks, recording of consumed gas, and working with subscribers.

Electronic bills contain the same information as paper ones but are faster, more accessible, and more convenient to use.

Information about the cost of maintenance for gas appliances has also been provided, as well as the fact that repairs of building communications are not included in the gas distribution price and may need to be paid separately, costing up to 900 hryvnias.
