Olympics 2032: rowing competitions may take place on a river with crocodiles.

The Australian Rowing Association has expressed concerns that the rowing competitions at the 2032 Olympic Games may be held on the Fitzroy River, where crocodiles are present. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing ABC News.
The Queensland government is finalizing a plan for the placement of Olympic venues to conduct a technical inspection of any location where the rowing competitions will take place at the Olympics-2032 in Brisbane.
There cannot be a current on a standard international distance. The current problem is that the International Rowing Federation and the International Olympic Committee have not yet consulted about this venue. Therefore, we do not have a technical assessment to determine whether this is a viable option. The current creates improper conditions on the distance. Moreover, crocodiles in the river may shock foreign guests,' said Sarah Cook, the executive director of the Australian Rowing Association.
It is worth noting that the statue of legendary Canadian hockey player Wayne Gretzky in Edmonton (Canada) was vandalized by unknown persons who threw feces at it.
The Gretzky statue, holding the Stanley Cup, is located near the home arena of the National Hockey League (NHL) club 'Edmonton Oilers'. According to OEG Sports & Entertainment's executive vice president of external relations, Tim Shipton, the act of vandalism is currently under investigation.
It should be noted that Wayne Gretzky is criticized in Canada for his friendship with Donald Trump and support for his policies regarding Canada.
Additionally, the legendary hockey player attended Trump's inauguration wearing a cap with the slogan 'Make America Great Again'. Previously, Trump suggested that Canada join the US as the 51st state. The US President also asked Gretzky to run for the position of Prime Minister of Canada.
