The Battalion 'Madyar Birds' transforms into a separate brigade of UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian 414th separate battalion of strike unmanned aerial systems 'Madyar Birds' is becoming a separate brigade of UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This information was reported by the unit commander Robert Brovdy, known as Madyar.
Brovdy also announced the start of recruitment for new personnel.
According to the commander, during 2024 the 'Rubak' company transformed from a separate battalion and regiment into a new 414th brigade of UAVs.
As a reminder, on September 3, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine voted for a law regulating the creation of Unmanned Systems Forces as a separate branch of the military. 294 deputies voted for changes to the law 'On the Armed Forces of Ukraine'. Thus, the provisions for the establishment of a separate branch of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - the Unmanned Systems Forces - come into effect.
It was reported that the recruitment process for the Unmanned Systems Forces is ongoing, but not enough people are willing to join. This was stated by the commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, Colonel Vadim Sukharevsky.
According to him, work on this is being conducted intensively. There are people who are ready to join the Unmanned Systems Forces and desire to do so. Sukharevsky noted that such people will always have a choice when joining.
